
Carole Glodney was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Southern California. She began her career at Laventhal & Horwath as a business management accountant. In 1972, she started working at Goldrich Kest as an assistant controller. During the course of her career, she has held many positions within the organization ranging from Controller to President. In 1987 Ms. Glodney was promoted to President of GK Management Co., Inc.
While working at GK, she simultaneously earned her degree from the University of San Francisco with an emphasis in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior. As President, Carole oversees the Property Management Divisions, which includes the Compliance and Regulatory Departments. In addition, she is responsible for the Marketing, Asset Management and Risk Management Divisions.
Carole is a member of multiple Local and National Industry Organizations and has served in various Board capacities. She was recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as Executive of the Year in its “Women Making a Difference” program, and was a recipient of the Affordable Housing Management Association’s Clive Graham Memorial Award.
